The Fifth China International Mother & Baby Exhibition
The Fifth China International Mother & Baby Exhibition will be hold in Beijing China International Exhibition Center from March 30th to April1, 2007. The Exhibition has a show space of 10,000 square meters, and 300 baby brands are supposed to be present together. To help businesses decrease middle processes and increase profits spaces, our committee will provide considerate service for businesses on exhibiting to display themselves, and set up a communicating and cooperating bridge between enterprises and distributors. All kinds of products related with basic necessities of life, culturing and entertaining for baby, and service mechanisms.
Activities:
1. Topic on the forum:
Many lectures will be hold by several senior trainers (further information on the notice board in the exhibition or log into our website: www.jingzheng.com for detailed information.
2. The Filming Contest:
The 5th Beijing Mother and Baby Exhibition Live Filming Contest sets up the first second and third prizes (detailed regulations on the attachment).
3. Booth Evaluation：
The Best Booth Prize will go to enterprises on exhibiting. The first prize will be provided with a full advertising edition covering one page, worth of RMB 48,000 Yuan, by the Health Mother and Baby, the second prize a half advertising edition covering half a page, worth of RMB 38,000 Yuan. Those two prizes will be chosen among the dupls, attaching to the tickets (full details will be sent on request).
4. The Display Section:
T-shape stage, which covers 150 square meters, will be equipped with professional systems like the acoustics and lighting, providing a platform for products displaying and information releasing of enterprises.
Standard booth (3 meters by meters): RMB 8,000 Yuan/ 9 square meters
Standard booth (3 meters by meters): RMB 6,000 Yuan/ 6 square meters (40 booths in total)
Indoors raw space ( minimum 36 square meters): RMB 800 Yuan/square meters
Charging Standard for international booths:
Standard booth (3 meters by meters): 2,000 US dollars / 9 square meters
Indoors raw space (36 square meters on hire): 200 US dollars /square meters
Equipments for Standard Booth includes fascia board in both Chinese and English of enterprises on exhibiting, one desk and two chairs, two lights, three-side close showing wall, carpet for booths, and an outlets with 5 A/220 V.
Equipments for Special Booths include lights, and administrative expense will be charged separately.
Note：showing boards for Standard booths are 2.4 in height, and 3.6 at most for special ones.
